I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with all the basic amenities I needed. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to restaurants and just a short walk away from the beach. The breakfast spread was also impressive, with a good variety of options to choose from.

No improvement needed, everything was perfect.

very clean and well-kept place. it was not far from rabindranath tagore beach. loved that they had onsite restaurant biso, no need to go somewhere else. a special mention to the housekeeping staff.

Staff was helpful and room overlooked the city. The downtown is within 10 minutes' walk. And furthermore, there was a war museum only 700 feet of the venue. Besides, it had free parking.

The bathroom was tired.

During my Christmas stay, I noticed that the staff was very friendly and helpful. They made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. the rooms and common areas were kept very clean. the location of the hotel was perfect for us as we were close to many local attractions. the check-in and checkout process was quick and easy.

The staff is friendly, always willing to assist and offer accurate recommendations. The rooms and common areas are clean, refreshing, and offer a cozy and relaxing ambiance. But what stood out the most is the variety and quality of food offered at the restaurant, a true delight for our taste buds.

Though we enjoyed our stay, we couldn't help but notice the limited space in the rooms and parking area, not suitable for large families or groups. some of the menu items listed are not always available, particularly in the room service menu, and the coffee offered needs improvement.
